The world in which real estate agencies operate is continually evolving & presenting new challenges. In all areas of commercial real estate practice, strong systems & processes are key to minimisation of risk & maximisation of agency income. 

This session will cover best practice & risk minimisation in listing for sales, leasing of commercial property through to property management & lease administration. From correctly identifying commercial property & ownership, to collating information to list, sell, lease & checking systems & process to manage for the life of a property investment, this knowledge is critical to a real estate agencies success & sustainability.

This session is aimed at filling knowledge gaps, providing opportunities to review current practices, and refresh on key fundamentals for those already working in the commercial agency, residential agents managing commercial property or those who wish to move into commercial property.

REIV members who attend WendyWho? Upskilling training events and workshops may be eligible for continuing professional development (CPD) points as REIV training. Points are allocated by the REIV membership manager based on the training hours for each event or workshop. REIV Members can log on to their member portal and submit the training to apply for CPD points.
