This session covers the fundamentals of commercial property categories, the legislative framework they operate within, and a step-by-step process of how to prepare different categories of property for listing.

Session Two

This session examines leasing methodologies, marketing campaigns & tools, tenant sourcing through commercial property databases, customising premises to meet tenant requirements, conducting inspections, and basic administrative requirements such as forms & templates.

Session Three

This session looks at the leasing process from negotiation, instruction & documentation to commencement of lease & transitioning a new tenant, including evaluating a commercial property’s potential to deliver a reliable income stream, optimum capital growth & return on investment for the owner.
