Overview: This workshop covers best practice and risk minimisation in commercial property management, including key fundamentals such as documentation, business systems and industry practices, updates on recent legal precedents, and strategies to address knowledge gaps critical to remaining competitive and at the forefront of a dynamic industry.
This workshop covers:
understanding the commercial property management lifecycle for both retail and non-retail tenancies
setting up efficient, responsive, real-time business systems and practices that support industry best practice, promote compliance and minimise risk in lease administration
recent legal precedents and their impact
identifying knowledge gaps and addressing these through updating, expanding and reconfiguring current knowledge and skill sets
There will be a Q & A session at the end of the workshop.
